Informe sobre el estado de la seguridad y salud laboral en España 2018
El INSST con la edición del“Informe sobre el Estado de la Seguridad y la Salud en el Trabajo de 2018” continua la tarea iniciada en 2007 de recopilar las más relevantes actividades desarrolladas durante el año.
Por las Instituciones Públicas que integran el Sistema Nacional de Prevención, esto es, la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, la Fiscalía Especializada, las Comunidades Autónomas, la Fundación para la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, la Comisión Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Así mismo, se detallan las más importantes novedades normativas y los avances en la regulación a través de los convenios colectivos de la materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
Abstract
National Institute of Safety and Health at Workk, carrying on the duty started on 2007, edits “Occupational Safety and Health State report 2018”, that compiles the main activities developed during that year by the Public Administrations that take part on the National Prevention System: Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, Special Prosecutor, Autonomous Communities, Foundation for Occupational Risks Prevention, National Commission of Safety and Health at Work and National Institute of Safety and Health at Work. In this way, the report also describes the main legislative novelties and the progress in occupational safety and health issues through the regulations of collective labour agreements. On the other hand, the report goes in deep in the statistics of health damages, especially regarding occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
